Ryan Frank is the children's pastor at LBC. He is the creator of KidzMatter Inc. and the publisher of K! Magazine. Ryan also serves on the board of directors for the International Network of Children’s Ministry, American Children's Ministers' Association and Executive Director of Innovative Ministries at Awana.

Ryan entered full-time ministry in 1998 after graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Christian Education. He was hired as full-time children’s pastor at LBC in June, 2009. He then began work on his master’s degree from Pensacola Christian College and was awarded a Master of Arts in Bible Exposition in 2000.

In 1999 Ryan married Beth Bishir. Today they have two daughter, Luci and Londyn. The Franks reside in Converse, Indiana.

Ryan enjoys writing, reading, and traveling.
