Hope each of you had a great weekend of celebration of our nations 234th birthday. Our services at Liberty were rousing! Tim Barton our special speaker for the morning services did a tremendous job in presenting the truths of our past heritage. After his presentation I don't think anyone could doubt that the vast majority of the signers of our Declaration of Independence were born again christians. We became a nation under the sovereign hand of Jesus Christ. Now that is worth celebrating and it is worth preserving. I will do my best to preserve this nations freedoms, and I hope you will do the same.

In the evening service we gave 7 suggestions of what America needs to continue as the nation she has been. 

1st - RIGHTEOUS WORKERS- Americans need to out work the world like we once did.

2nd - RIGHTEOUS MILITARY- We need to have a strong military dedicated to protecting our families and our nation. We need a righteous military because we have enemies who hate us and the freedoms we stand for, and we have allies who need our defense. 

3rd - RIGHTEOUS GOVERNMENT- We need "Lawmakers not lawbreakers." We need " Representatives not Radicals," who use their office to inflict Liberal, left wing agendas on the majority of conservative Americans. We need "Statesmen not self-men." 

4th - RIGHTEOUS CHURCHES - We need churches that , Participate in Prayer, Diligent to Bible Study and Consistent in Sharing the Gospel.

5th - RIGHTEOUS PREACHERS- Who, Walk with God, Talk with God and Speak Up for God. We don't need men being cute in the pulpit. We don't need preachers who compromise scripture or just share their opinion. We need men not little boys behind the pulpits of America.

6th - RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE- We need Righteous marriages, righteous parents, righteous children, righteous singles, and righteous teens .

7th- RIGHTEOUS BLESSINGS- The number one thing we need is God's Blessings and without the first 6 things I have mentioned we will not receive what we so desperately need. God will bless us if we bring ourselves as a people to place of blessing. God never blesses sin our disobedience or unrighteousness. "Righteousness Exalts A Nation," Sin Brings Down A Nation." May I suggest what we need from God is four very important things? 

1st- AMERICA NEEDS GOD'S PARDON. 2nd Chronicles 7:13-14

2nd- AMERICA NEEDS GOD'S POWER- Psalm 127:1

3rd- AMERICA NEEDS GOD'S PROTECTION- Psalm 20:7

4th- AMERICA NEEDS GOD'S PRESENCE- Exodus 33:16

We need only what God can give. We only can have these things if we will be the kind of people God will exalt. RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE.

CS Monitor reports, "The Israeli leader is expected to be pressed by the Obama administration to extend a temporary moratorium on building new housing in the Jewish settlements, say analysts." In the spirit of fairness of this alleged pressing by the Obama administration, let's press everyone in the USA to stop building on our own land! We hope PM Netanyahu presses back and doesn't give in or give up. WE STAND WITH ISRAEL! Please, Israel, build on your land that was given to you by God and who also gave you Jerusalem as your eternal capital!
