Out-of-This-World Events

For the believer in Christ, the Bible teaches there are some future out-of-this-world events planned for us by the Lord Himself. Some of these events include the judgment seat of Christ, the marriage supper of the Lamb, the return of Jesus to rule the earth, the thousand-year millennial reign of Christ, and the eternal heaven and hell. The class is led by Pastor Terry Bishir and will be available at both 5:30 & 6:30 pm in the Singer Prayer Chapel.

FEAR AND TREMBLING: ENCOUNTERING GOD'S HOLINESS

Often we do not fear the Lord as we ought because we forget how He is revealed in Scripture. We tend to view God as a heavenly grandfather, not as one who is a consuming fire. We think God is like us, when instead He is utterly holy. Until we understand who God is, we will not have the right attitude toward Him. The class is led by Pastor Andrew Winey and Andy Sargent and will meet in room 135 at 6:30 pm.

THE SHEPHERD'S DAUGHTERS: Embracing Our identity as beloved daughters of the king and joyful sheep of his pasture

Ladies, join us for a study of Psalm 23 as we explore the care, guidance, and promises of our Good Shepherd. Together we’ll discover what it means to live as daughters of the King who are also His sheep. Along the way, we’ll also draw insights from the timeless allegory Hinds’ Feet on High Places, tracing the journey from fear and weakness to trust and faith as God leads us to the high places of deeper intimacy with Him. The class is led by Randi Jones and will meet in room 128 at 6:30 pm.

Midweek Electives: 6:30p

We offer a variety of Bible studies, small groups, and specialized skill training classes every week on Thursdays at Liberty! AWANA: 6:30p

Awana is an environment where children 3 years old through 6th grade embrace a genuine personal faith in Christ through Scripture memorization using games, devotions, and handbook time.

Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey. Those kids who come to faith at an early age discover God’s purpose for their lives and hope for the future. Ministry leaders and parents witness the profound impact Awana has in reaching kids with the gospel and watching them grow as long-term disciples. That’s why so many families and leaders have returned year after year, week after week, for more than three generations. Bring your children this Thursday night at 6:30p and join us for Awana!

Have questions or need more information? Contact our Children's Director Karen Bishir!

These engaging gatherings are filled with worship, practical Bible teaching, and a time to apply/discuss what was talked about. Students often arrive around 5:45p/6:00p to play a variety of games in the Liberty Youth Center like pool, table tennis, and a variety of other games.
